  1. Heat the oven to 180°C on a fan setting.

  2. Sift all of the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl and give them a quick mix.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix them well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until the batter has combined.
  4. Spray your donut baking tins with cooking spray and pour the batter into the tins. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until you can stick a toothpick in the centre, and it comes out clean. Allow the donuts to cool completely before glazing them.
  5. Mix 1/2 cup of icing sugar with a tablespoon or two of water to make the glaze. Add food colouring of choice and decorate with sprinkles for some extra fun.
