So, what do you like to eat for breakfast? I do love my porridge in the morning, well, those mornings I can actually be bothered to eat breakfast. Most days, I actually wait to eat until lunchtime. But when I have breakfast a good old porridge is just what I need. I usually like mine the old simple way, but sometimes I want to be a little bit fancier. But one thing’s for sure, it needs to be something relatively quick and easy.
So I introduce to you, my quick and easy vegan breakfast waffles. We have been eating so many wonderful waffles in the Kindness household lately. After my old trusty waffle maker said it’s last goodbyes, we invested in a Belgian Waffle maker and man oh man, have we been smashing out them waffles lately.
Although I could always scoff down a waffle with lots of jam and cream it wouldn’t be the healthiest choice. These quick and easy breakfast waffles are perfect served with fruits and a little splash of Agave syrup.
